Step by step - optional

Generate maximum speed and boost the biggest air you have - the pose needs a long peak.
Grab the nose with one hand on the way up and kick both feet free of the board.
Extend the grabbing arm out to the side, board hanging vertically, and spread the other arm and legs into the crucifix.
Hold the pose at the apex for as long as the arc allows.
Swing the board back under your feet with the grabbing arm, plant both feet on the bolts, release, and drop in.
