Step by step - optional

Place the back foot with the tail's edge in the arch/instep, toes wrapped slightly around the toe side; front foot light near the middle.
Crouch and jump while scooping the tail sharply down and backward.
Let the board wrap vertically around the back foot - tail under, nose over the top.
Keep the front foot lifted forward, clear of the rotating nose.
As the wrap completes, guide the board level with the back foot and set the front foot on the bolts.
Land and roll away.
