Step by step - optional

Hardflip stance: back heel off the tail's heel edge, front foot under the heel-side line of the nose.
Crouch very deep and load the back hip.
Pop and wrap the tail toe-ward through a full 360 of frontside yaw.
Flick straight down off the heel-side nose pocket as the board rises between the legs.
Open the knees, hover, and track the compound spin.
Catch grip-up as the full wrap completes, land, and roll away.
