Step by step - optional

Approach with the obstacle slightly on your heel side, as for a backside 180.
Snap a backside 180 ollie over the near edge, rotating board and shoulders together.
Kill the rotation at 180 as the (anatomical) front truck lands grinding, now the back truck of a switch front smith.
Wedge the original tail end down the near face, deck rail seating on the corner.
Grind in the switch smith crouch, weight over the grinding hanger.
Lift the low end level, unweight, and hop out, rolling away switch (or revert to regular).
