Step by step - optional

Roll slowly with the back foot on the tail and front foot loose near the front bolts.
Step the front foot off the heel side onto the ground just ahead of the front truck.
Simultaneously snap the tail down with the back foot so the nose pops up.
Jump off the planted front foot while the back foot rides the climbing board.
Guide the front foot back onto the front bolts as the board levels.
Land two-footed and roll away.
