Step by step - optional

Roll forward, front foot angled - too straight leaves no room to turn, too sideways stops the heel spin.
Spin the front foot on its heel with the toes lifted, turning it toward the back foot.
Push down and forward on the back foot to add a slight frontside turn to the board.
Put the toes back down facing backwards, weight directly over the front foot, and lift the back foot off the tail.
Swing the back foot round the side to the nose, shoulders following it, finding the nose blind.
Shift weight to the back foot and pivot a backside endover on two wheels, back to forward - front heel still raised, ready to repeat.
